Case Tracker
01 Case Review: Approved user requests are referred to as ‘cases’. Once received, requests are reviewed and assessed for eligibility. If eligible, a case is created for delivery. A2E will contact users to confirm if the request can be progressed for delivery.
At a minimum, requests need to address the Essential Freshwater policies and:
- demonstrate broad reach
- enhance capability.
Requests based on the following topics will not be eligible:
- farm Plans
- model development
- monitoring capacity
- functioning of catchment groups.
Note: Requests from individual landowners will also not be eligible unless there is potential for the work deliverables to be used for other owners or if there is a group of individuals interested in the same topic.
02 Scope Development: Detailed scopes are prepared for cases approved for delivery. The scope document outlines the user need/s and key deliverables, the expertise required, as well as the required timeline for delivery. This stage also involves expert selection as well as User acceptance of the identified expert.
03 Expert Engagement: Required expert/s are contacted to outline/confirm scope and availability. Terms of engagement are also prepared for the case, which need to be agreed at this stage, by all parties (user and expert/s) prior to Case Delivery.
04 Case Delivery: Kick off meeting is held between A2E, user and expert/s and execution of the case commences begins. Case delivery progress is monitored by A2E via check ins with both user and expert/s.
05 Close Out: Upon delivery of the case, the user and expert provide feedback and ratings. A case summary is prepared and lessons learnt are also captured at this stage, prior to closing out the case.
